Plymouth REnovation & Modern addition
The homeowner reached out to A3 Architects in summer of 2023 after purchasing an existing New England style Cape from 1925.
They wanted to fully gut the existing cape and add a new modern addition at the rear of the existing home with a new first floor kitchen, pantry and living room and new second floor primary bedroom and bathroom. A3 had a wonderful time working with the homeowner on the architectural design and it was wonderful teaming up with York Building on another exciting project! The homeowner has some exciting future plans for a barn and ADU (accessory dwelling unit!) We’re really looking forward to phase 2 of this beautiful project!
