Design New England: Net Zero Lincoln House

May 5, 2017

After 3+ years of a very collaborative design and construction process on a complicated site in Lincoln MA it’s so rewarding to see the project in Design New England.  When we first visited this site in winter 2011 it was a derelict foundation with oversize weeds growing out of it!  The final design is a testament to the vision we had for the site’s potential, the design sensibility of the clients and the builder’s meticulous work in crafting the structure. It’s such a pleasure to work with clients who bring net-zero requirements as well as a modern aesthetic to the project, and a builder who truly cared about both. This was a true collaboration and we’re thrilled to see it published.
