If you use a heat pump to heat all or part of our home, you can take advantage of a new, reduced distribution and transmission rate during the winter months (Nov1 - April30th) to help save on your winter electric bill.

If you received a Mass Save rebate via your Eversource electric account for a heat pump installed after January 1, 2019, you’ll be automatically enrolled. If you bought a heat pump outside of the Mass Save programs or installed in prior to January 1, 2019, you’ll be able to verify your eligibility for the Heat Pump Rate by providing some additional information.
